Each client is unique regarding their length and duration of therapy. We can decide together on a timeline and frequency of sessions based on your personal needs and concerns.
My Fees (unless otherwise agreed upon):
50 minute individual therapy session: $90.00
50 minute couples/relational therapy session: $110.00
Extended sessions are available upon request
Payment for sessions are due at the time of service. I accept all major credit/debit cards, HSA debit, cash, or check.
I am unable to accept insurance at this time. As a client, you have the right to seek reimbursement through your insurance company utilizing a superbill (which I can provide) or to utilize your HSA to pay for services if allowed by your employer. *Please be advised that your insurance company may decline your request for reimbursement, and that you are solely responsible for the costs associated with your therapy.
What to Expect: Our first meeting will last approximately 50-60 minutes. We will utilize this time to discuss what has lead you to seek therapy services, your past history, current life status, your treatment goals, how I may be able to assist you in reaching those goals, and determine the frequency of our appointments. Ongoing sessions will last approximately 50 minutes (unless otherwise determined together) and the time will be spent working towards your treatment goals using talk therapy and possibly other therapeutic techniques and interventions as appropriate.
If you are unable to attend session, I require a minimum of 24-hour notice for all appointment cancellations, with the exception of rare and emergent situations. Clients who miss appointments or cancel late will be charged according to my current policy.
